Ich arbeite seit 2015 als Psychotherapeutin in freier Praxis mit Jugendlichen ab 16 Jahren, Erwachsenen und älteren Menschen. Meine Methode ist die personzentrierte Psychotherapie, die Sie dabei unterstützt, Ihre eigenen Stärken zu entdecken und zu nutzen. Ich biete Einzeltherapie, Paartherapie, Selbsterfahrung und Supervision. Meine Praxis befindet sich direkt an der U2 Messe im 2. Bezirk in Wien.

Traumatic experiences

Traumatic experiences can have a major impact on the lives of those affected for years or even decades afterwards. Stabilisation, self-strengthening and the development of resources play a major role in dealing with trauma.

Anxiety and panic attacks

Anxiety disorders are an enormous burden for those affected and can have a significant impact on their lives. A precise exploration of the fears and their background helps to develop a better understanding of them and to find strategies for coping with them.

Couples therapy

I offer therapy and counselling for couples who want to work on their relationship or clarify their relationship status. We work together to identify problems, work out how to deal with them and improve communication.

Do I need psychotherapy at all?

Psychotherapy can help in various life situations. You don't have to have an ‘acute reason’ to seek support. Sometimes the feeling of being stuck or wanting more clarity is enough. An initial consultation can help you find out whether psychotherapy is right for you.

What does a therapy session cost?

The cost of a therapy session varies depending on the therapy setting and duration. You can find a detailed overview of costs on the ‘Psychotherapy’ page or on request. With a diagnosis, it is possible to apply for a cost subsidy from your health insurance company.

How long does psychotherapy last?

The duration of therapy depends on various factors, such as the intensity and duration of your problem, your personal goals and your motivation. During the course of therapy, we regularly reflect on where you currently stand and which issues you would still like to work on. A session lasts 50 minutes in an individual setting and 90 minutes in a couple setting.

Is the therapy confidential?

Yes, all sessions are absolutely confidential. As a psychotherapist, I am subject to the strict legal obligation of confidentiality. This means that no information about you or our conversations may be passed on without your express consent.
